Mobile Home Removal Process

First, we take measurements, and if it's missing the axle, we will find one that fits. We have a selection of these axles priced from $350 to $400 per axle. We split some axles in half, and we slide them over to fit. The tires and axles need to stay on the unit before it is sold, so it can be delivered properly.

We may need to remove the awning, the skirting, and any trees around it before we start taking the mobile home off the lot. We let you know what needs to be done when we meet with you face-to-face. We can also remove a home off of its foundation, and move it to another location. Our company then resells homes to farm workers, farming communities, and the general public.

Mobile Home Breakdown

During a mobile home breakdown, we spit the home in half for removal. Then we add axles and tires, which allow us to transport the mobile home to another location. Next, we remove all the siding and the center of the home including carpeting and shingles, and we then remove the bolts throughout the bottom on both sections that keep the sections from splitting apart. Finally, we run a saw across the top to clear the bolts that are staggered. We use an aluminum kit with a jack, which makes it easy to slide over with a simple push.
